Founder’s Message
My definition of health has evolved over the years. As a child hearing stories about the Grandfather I never met who died at 42 years young from heart disease, an uncle who died after amputations and complications from diabetes, and two parents fighting for their lives from cancer, I kept asking myself why? Is there anything else that can be done? And I’ve had my own health challenges – feeling sluggish and tired, struggling with weight gain, trouble with concentration, and an underlying constant worry of if and/or when I would be struck with the same fate as my family members.
Then, through reading about health, instead of sickness, I started to see light at the end of the tunnel. I found that by flooding my body with fresh whole foods, staying active and using nutritional supplements I could take control of my health and transform how my body and mind functioned. I found out – Yes! There is something I can do! No need to worry about being in bad health, instead focus on creating vibrant health!
Today, my mission is to share that you can take charge of your health.
